Our basic models for development and change

We work with the paradigm shift, which we believe it requires a new way of thinking. It is not the same as new thoughts. Success of an organization, as well as for an individual or a nation is based on some form of comparative advantage. We have more resources, better or cheaper than what competitors can offer. This has for a long time this resource has been superior knowledge or information advantage. In markets of this sort, whether it is commercial, nonprofit or public, it is wise to be long-term, specialized and functional.

As knowledge and information become more accessible and therefore less expensive, it has become increasingly clear that this approach – and these strategies – are losing value. Instead, we talk about an understanding society. In a market where the ability to communicate is more important than knowledge. Working in Real-time is more important than long-term perspective, complexity is more important than specialization and values more important than functionality. The Paradigm Brokers have over the past ten years developed models and methods to visualize, analyze, demonstrate and influence change between these two models for the creation of competitiveness.
